3307158 - Unable to perform Mass create calibration session

When users are trying to create talent calibration sessions using the “Mass Create Calibration Sessions” in Success Factors, they are getting below error in mail :

The following sessions failed the information validation:

The import file contains invalid session configurations

Problem(s):

Session has no subjects.

Session has no owners.

The following user names are invalid. Please remove them from the import file.

1. Go to Admin Center > Mass Create Calibration Sessions to create the sessions you want.

2. In CSV file enter all required fields like Session Name, Template, Session Facilitator, Session Owner, Subject

3. Validate the import file and click on create session

4. Mail triggers with below error:

The import file contains invalid session configurations

User ids are provided in owner/facilitator/participant/subject column.

When performing Mass create calibration session, please provide usernames in session owner/facilitator/participant/subject column and not the user ids.

Once the user ids are replaced with usernames validation should be successful.
