Symptom

When applying filters in a calibration session, subjects meet filter criteria but an error message is received:
The current filter criteria returned 0 subjects. Please change filter criteria to return one or more subjects.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into system
  2. Navigate to Admin Center > Calibration > Manage Calibration Sessions
  3. Select Filter
  4. Enter criteria > Apply Filter
  5. Receive error

Cause

The Risk Of Loss, Impact Of Loss, and/or Reason For Leaving element(s) was/were removed from the Data Model, but the filter category still exists in the calibration session

Resolution

Manually refresh calibration session filter list so it will update with the current filters in the Data Model:

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Calibration > Manage Calibration Settings
  2. Select the Search and Filter Fields tab > Uncheck any filter > Save
  3. Check the box for the filter again > Save
  4. Navigate to Admin Center > Calibration > Manage Calibration Sessions
  5. Select Filter
  6. Enter criteria > Apply Filter
