3307250 - MDG-F: Hierarchy replication does not update entry in HRRP* tables

Symptom

You have implemented the improvement function described in note 3170182 or applied a higher release. After a full replication of the relevant MDG-F hierarchy into the target system, you realize that the hierarchy is updated properly in the corresponding transactions on SAP GUI but the corresponding entries are not created in HRRP* tables.
