When candidates views or access the RMK site, only the Title Column is showing.

This is expected behavior when responsive design is enabled on the career site. Due to the screen size of the mobile devices, only title of the job requisitions are showing by default for optimal viewing. When the candidate tries to change the orientation of the mobile device to landscape, other relevance columns should appear. The candidate can also turn on the Desktop View on their mobile device browsers if they want to see all the relevance column of the career site.
