3307450 - How too transport SAC content from NEO to CF tenants after File System deprecation?

Is there a workaround to transport content, as file system option will deprecated and content network is not supported between NEO and CF tenants?

After "File System" deprecation, looking for an alternative to transport content between CF and Neo tenants. 

The workaround is to download Analytics Content Network packages to a local file, then upload those local packages back to the Content Network storage in destination tenant following below steps:

1. Go to Transport/Export/My Content and find upload icon: once package successfully uploaded, package will be listed in both Export and Import screen after refresh.
2. Package can be imported from Transport/Import
