3307560 - Unable to fetch correct field data in preview of data source

• In the preview of a data source, i.e. data source HCMTLMB07, it is not possible to fetch required data.
• It therefore seems to be impossible to utilize this data source to merge and create a new report.

The preview does not always provide all data. For example, a data source like HCMTLMB07 has a temporal join which requires a key date. But in the preview functionality of this data source, this key date is not available as selection  parameter. So, it takes the current date for the key date and displays the data for the current date. This is the standard behavior.

To see the correct data in above example, design a report based on the data source, where the key date will be available for the selection and the data can be displayed accordingly.

This approach is generally useful in cases where the preview functionality does not provide expected results.
