3307568 - Custom Object definitions are missing in the instance sync tool

When trying to do an instance sync some custom object definition are not appearing on the list.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Access the instance
2. Go to Instance synchronization wizard
3. Select copy
4. See in the MDF list there is some custom object that is not appearing in the list.

There is a lack of permission for these custom MDF objects

Probably the user that is being used to do the instance sync doesn't have the permission to edit/import/export the custom MDF objects, this is why they are missing on the instance sync list.

You can go to the MDF custom object and search for permission category, with the permission category you'll know where in the "permission" under permission roles you need to reach to grant the permission to edit/import/export
