Customer had an instance refresh recently and wants to mask all the email addresses for external users
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
Onboarding 2.0 email masking is not part of the standard refresh process. Onboarding 2.0 emails anonymization or masking is not possible as of the moment.
Resolution
The only possible masking is the one done for those candidates that are hired. For Onboarding external users, this is currently not supported.
The Engineering team has an internal ticket created for this and this feature will be supported after the 1H 2023 release.
