Symptom

During packing creation /SCWM/PACK or Inbound delivery creation /SCWM/PRDI, HU is not getting determined/created automatically even though valid condition record has been maintained for the Condition type 0IBD (key combination-Product and partner role SHIP- FROM) in Tcode SCWM/PACKSPEC.
