3307612 - How to resolve the "Your domain is not trusted" error for embedded SAC tiles — S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • The "Your Domain is not trusted. Please contact your system Administrator" error appears when accessing SAC story tiles in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Fiori Launchpad.
  • The Stories tab in the Manage KPIs and Reports app shows: "Your Domain is not trusted. Please contact your system Administrator."
  • Embedded SAC content in the Manage KPIs and Reports tile fails to load with the same domain trust error.
