• Purchase Order approve/reject with comment fails after endless load in My Inbox Fiori application. Without comment the same decision is working properly.

• Users are experiencing time out errors or white screens in browser.

• ST22 TIME_OUT dumps are generated in CL_SWF_RUN_WIM_PERSISTENCE====CP, CL_SWF_EVT_STRATEGY_BOR_FB====CP ABAP Programs.
• Purchase Order approve/reject with comment causing Work item <WI_ID> locked by user SAP_WFRT (enqueue error).
