3307698 - Making changes to domain in the "Console SAML Login" specification

Symptom

Changing the domain once already set in the configuration of the "Console SAML Login" feature.

When a subdomain is added to the Console SAML Login, this is stored in our database and it remains locked to not be used in a different site. Due to some specifications of our platform, when the domain is changed the previous one remains locked and therefore it cannot be re-used again.
