3307736 - Can the text associated with "Close Ticket" button in Ask HR application be changed?

When a ticket is created in Ask HR application, there is a button with text "Close Ticket". This text is confusing the employees and they click on it assuming it to close the ticket Window.

The button "Close Ticket" is not configurable which means its text cannot be changed. Customer can raise enhancement request to Product Management team. Refer KBA - 2090228.
