Symptom
Case 1:
You are creating Time recording during night shift at midnight, say from 00:00 to 06:00, having credited times "Cap Outside Planned Working Time" and day assignment "Previous day" in the time model.
Case 2:
You are Time recording during night shift at midnight, say from 00:00 to 06:00, having credited times "Do not Cap" and day assignment "Previous day" in the time model.
Case 3:
You are Time recording during night shift at midnight, say from 00:00 to 06:00, having credited times "Cap Outside Flextime Bandwidth” and day assignment "Previous day" in the time model.
Case 4:
You are creating Time recording during night shift at midnight, say from 00:00 to 06:00, having credited times "Cap Outside Planned Working Time" and day assignment "Current Day" in the time model.
Case 5:
You are Time recording during night shift at midnight, say from 00:00 to 06:00, having credited times "Do not Cap" and day assignment "Current Day" in the time model.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Time Administration Work center
- Go to Time Models work Center view
- Create or use existing time model having split time duration with break between the actual hours worked, ranging from current day late evening time to next day morning with previous day assignment to the next day time.
- Go to Time Administration work center
- Go to Employees work center view
- Search employee and open the time file
- In employee’s time file, go to Time Profile tab and Time Account Rules,
- Select working time account
- In ‘Basic Data’ sub tab select relevant credited times from the drop down.
- Now go to Time Sheet Work Center view of Time administration and mark time from 00:00 to 06:00 for some date.
Cause
Working hours are not credited in 1st case.
Resolution
Case 1:
Workaround is, Marking Time starting current date 23:59 to 06:00 instead of 00:00 to 06:00 would consider the time recording within planned working time.
Case 2 to 9:
Resolution not required as case 2 to 9 are working as expected.
