3307916 - Planning board Tab Works With Double Click only

After 2211 upgrade, in planning board when user enters number and Tab for next input cell, user needs to double Tab instead of one.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go To Demand Planning WorkCenter View
2. Select Demand Plans
3. Select any Active demand plans 
4. Enter value in final forecast field one after another

Example: Enter "number" in first column, then 'Tab' to enter value in second column.At this point, cursor stays in first input cell only. User need to 'Tab' twice to move to next input cell.

This is System Expected Behavior after 2211 Upgrade.

This is not a bug however is a requirement from Accessibility Product Standard.

The first Tab focuses on the input field. And the second Tab navigates to the calculator.

At first Tab, user can input the value directly in the field. After second Tab, user can press Enter to open the calculator.
