3307958 - Customizing collections not visible in Import Collection app

With S/4HANA release 2302, customizing collections are only shown at the very end of the list in the Import Collection app.

Due to a bug, the export timestamp is not set for customizing collections. As the list of collections is sorted by the "Exported at" timestamp, the customizing collection are shown at its very end.

The bug will be fixed with HFC06 for S/4HANA Cloud release 2308.  This will be deployed on the weekend of April 1/2. 

As a workaround, sort the list by the "Last Changed On" timestamp (in descending order) so that the latest (customizing) collections are visible on top of the list.
