Is it possible to audit who disabled email notifications for users in the 'Change User Email Notifications' feature?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Change Email Notification Setting.
2. Select filters and search for users
3. Checkbox for enabled/disabled e-mail notifications
Resolution
It is currently not possible to audit changes to this switch using the Change Audit Reports within the instance.
However, it is possible to find when and who disabled or enabled the email notification for a user by checking the internal logs. Please raise a case with support under component LOD-SF-PLT-NOT for auditing this feature.
Note:
- This information can only be retrieved if the Audit feature was enabled before the change was made.
- Audit logs are retained for only 90 days.
