Symptom

Is it possible to audit who disabled E-mail notifications for users ?

Environment

 SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Change Email Notification Setting.
2. Select filters and search for users
3. Checkbox for enabled/disabled e-mail notifications

Resolution

It is not currently possible to audit changes to this switch within the Change Audit Reports within the instance.

Please raise a case with support under component LOD-SF-PLT-NOT to retrieve Audit on this feature.

** Please note we can only retrieve this information once the Audit feature has been able before the change was made **
