3308202 - Upgrading database from FPXX to FP18 fails

Symptom

  • You are upgrading SAP Contact Center from Feature Pack XX to Feature Pack 18 
  • While upgrading, the first step is to upgrade the Database, however such process fails with the following errors:
    • An error occurred while executing SQL script D:\SAP\BCM\logs\XXXX_PRD_Reporting_DB\Install_RDI_Reporting.sql
    • Partial listing of the file follows:
      • Msg 3701, Level 11, State 7, Server XXXXX, Line 43
      • Cannot drop the index 'RDIStatConnectionStep.Idx_RSCS_ConnectionID', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.
