3308217 - IQ getdate() function returns value not in sync with OS or current time - SAP IQ

Symptom

  • IQ getdate() is not in sync with actual time or the time on the OS date. 
  • IQ is in sync at reboot, but slowly degrades and gets out of sync.  For example:
      select getdate();
    --  returns different value than
      select getdate() as t from tablex;
