3308325 - How to check the application log when failing with warehouse task creation - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Symptom

Error message occurs during creating picking task and putaway task:

  • System could not determine source storage bin
  • System could not determine source stock
  • System could not determine destination storage bin
  • System could not determine destination stock

Below are the steps how to show detail application log for warehouse task creation.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

The warehouse tasks can be created with multiple applications like Run Outbound Process, Manage Outbound Delivery Orders, Change Inbound Deliveries, Warehouse Monitor. 

Resolution

Warehouse Monitor (APP ID /SCWM/MON)

  1. Go to APP Warehouse monitor.
  2. Navigate to the node Tools -> Application Log, double click and enter Object as "/SCWM/WME" and Subobject as "WHS_TASK".
  3. Execute.
