3308344 - The employee name in the Employee TI differs from that in the Employee OWL

The employee name in the Employee TI differs from that in the Employee OWL.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the People BO, and open the Employees OWL.
2. Find the employee named XYZ.
3. Click on XYZ to access the Employee TI.
4. The employee name displayed in the TI is ABC, which should be XYZ.

The "Deviating Full Name" of the employee XYZ is maintained. Once it is maintained, it has preference over the full name and will be displayed in the Employee TI.

1. Go to the Administrator BO, and open the Employees OWL.
2. Find the employee named XYZ and select it.
3. Hit on the button "Edit" to enter the edit view.
4. Click on the button "Additional Name Fields".
5. Clear the value of the field "Deviating Full Name" in the pop-up window. If the field "Deviating Full Name" is missing, please set it as visible in the Adaptation Mode.
