3308358 - The filter value of the Date dimension is always changed to '1970-01-01' when edit the query for an import job in a model bassed on OData data source in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

  • While editing the query for an import job in the model, the entered date for the filter cannot be updated even after changing and saving it. It was always taking wrong value '1970-01-01'.
  • The data source of the query is OData Services.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Enterprise 2023.2.6
  • OData Services Connection

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the model and navigate to Data Management.
  2. Select the import job with issue and click Edit Query.
  3. Change the value of filter [DataName], which DataType=date, and click save.
  4. Edit the query again, when opening it, see that it was taking wrong value 1970-01-01.

Cause

This is a product issue.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed by development.
