Symptom
When trying to login to SuccessFactors you are redirected to the below error page.
Missing Credentials. Please close your browser or re-login.
If you have are having trouble logging in, please contact your support administrator and provide this status message: Missing Credential.

Reproducing the Issue
Resolution
This error is synonymous with missing SSO configuration,
- If this is being reported by a PWD instance, it means that the customer has mistakenly enabled SSO in provisioning. Therefore, please ensure that “Enable SSO Authentication” has not been enabled in Provisioning > SSO Settings.
- If the redirect is occurring in partial SSO instances, please ensure that the below URLs in Provisioning > SSO Settings have been configured, otherwise both PWD and SSO users will be redirected to the “MissingCredentials” error page.
- If the instance is Partial SSO, PWD users should not use the login URL format
https://<yourdatacenterURL>/login?company=<yourcompanyID>. Instead, you should append &loginMethod=PWD in the URL to login with password https://<yourdatacenterURL>/login?company=<yourcompanyID>&loginMethod=PWD
- NOTE: As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner. If you're no longer working with an implementation partner, contact SAP Cloud Support.
