3308483 - [Onboarding] Behaviour of Expiration Date and Document Number for i-9 Reverification and i-9 section 2 (List C)

Symptom

  • When an I-9 form is completed by a new hire and they provide a driver's license for List B and a certificate of citizenship for list C (it's considered an Employment Authorization Card (EAD)), system requires an expiration date even though the certificate of citizenship doesn't have an expiration date.
  • Once I9 Reverification Task is created, Go to Reverification form and select document type as "Permenant Resident Card", Select "No" for  document number available checkbox and submit the form to get below error: 
    Not nullable "DOCUMENT_NUMBER" column(input position -1) 
  • Is this a known issue?
