Symptom

You are trying to create a Site via transaction WB01. At the end of the process a pop-up triggered "Do you want to set the material ledger for plant *** live now?" - When clicking on Yes, system throws a Short Dump DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR in CL_WFIL_CUSTOMIZING_TABLES.
