3308592 - Duplicate error when importing Prescreening questions

When we try to import Job Requisition pre-screening questions in multiple languages an error occurs "Duplicate question found"

There could be several reasons:

1. The question where imported in separate files.
2. The GUID  is already used in a question previously.
3. The Question name is already used in another question in the question library

To solves these issues

1. All translations of the questions need to be uploaded at once in the same CSV file with the same GUID for each translation of the question.
2. The GUID needs to be unique and not used before in the system for any other questions (column J in the CSV file).
3. The question name needs to be unique when importing and not already in use (column D in the CSV file). For example you cannot have the exact same question name in English US and English UK.
