Symptom

GRC integration with SuccessFactors fail with issue "[COE0020]Permission rbp_admin is required"

or

Odata API response payload with the error "[COE0020]Permission rbp_admin is required"

Environment

SuccessFactors Odata API

Cause

Missing permissions to user that run the query.

Resolution

Follow the KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2344584 and add Role-Based Permission Admin to API user.
