Symptom
When you filter for courses to be due in the future, overdue courses remain in the list.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Learning user side > My Team > “Links” tile > Dashboard >
- By default, the "Overdue" filter comes in the “Due Date” entry > No not overdue course appears, and all overdue courses appear >
- When you change the filters to "Next 30 Days" or to "Next 60 Days", the not overdue courses that fall in the filters appear, but the overdue ones are not removed.
Cause
This system's behavior is the expected and the intended one, as confirmed by the Learning Product Management team.
The idea is to have the overdue courses displayed/highlighted even when the “Due Date” filters are changed to "Next 30 Days" or to "Next 60 Days".
Resolution
Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
