You follow the SAP Help document Examples of URIs Accessing BPM Tasks

You would like to combine 2 filters: Status and CustomAttributeData

e.g.

/bpmodata/tasks.svc/TaskCollection?$filter=Status eq 'READY'

and

/bpmodata/tasks.svc/TaskCollection?$filter=CustomAttributeData/Name eq '<customattribute_name>' and CustomAttributeData/Value eq '<customattribute_value>'
