After the 2211 release the reset password link for Agency users should expire after one day (24 hours) as per the hard coded configuration of the Welcome Password and Reset Password link expiration (in days) in "Password & Login Policy Settings" in the Admin Center.
However the reset password link sent to Agency users does expire after one day.
