3309126 - Emails re-sent when candidate was restarted - Onboarding

Candidate's Onboarding activity is restarted and the emails were re-sent to the candidate, despite being already once. Responsible User didn't expect to notify the candidate twice.

When an Onboarding activity is restarted, it's expected that all the emails will be re-sent to the candidates. If you also have a notification related to a specific step or specific Hiring Manager activity, it will be re-sent as well, despite the task\step was already done once.
