3309143 - Foreign Trade - Material Master Control Code Error SV033 for NCM

User tries to enter the NCM code in the material master for a Plant that is not in Brazil (BR). If the control code is not defined yet, the system throws an error like:
"Entry US NNNNNNNN does not exist in T604F (check entry)".
This way, the user tries to use J1BTAX transaction code to create such NCM code for a country different than Brazil (BR) and the system throws the error message:
"Specify the key within the work area (Message No. SV033)".
