3309208 - Data Collection tasks showing duplicated for candidate - Onboarding

Personal and Additional Data tasks are showing duplicated for affected candidates.

There is no error in BPE, process were completed accordingly. This candidate is not appearing in Manage Pending Hires/Recruit (MPH) even though Onboarding is completed.

When the document flow is configured in Parallel block in the Process Variant Manager (PVM), if the candidate declines E-Signature, they will not move to MPH. This was a known error and are already fixed.

It is necessary to change the Process Status manually in Manage Data to "Ready to Hire" for affected candidate.

1. Manage Data > Select Process > Paste candidate's Process Id.
2. Click on "Take Action" > "Make correction" > change Process status to Ready to Hire

Please, reactive Process Variant Manager. Once PVM is reactive, a code with fix generates new workflow, which will fix the issue.
