When you executed the report Mktg: Members Processed by Campaign you will receive below error message.

• Go to Analytics and Report Gallery App
• Search and open the report Mktg: Members Processed by Campaign
  
• Enter the Campaign ID 
• You can see the below error
  The result set does not contain any relevant data
  Result set for query 2CCMKT_RCPGNBRMBRQ is 

This report works together with the new health check Checking for Campaigns With Few Members normally you will open this report from the health check.
The goal of this report is to list campaign that have processed few members during the last ten execution runs, or if there is a significant drop in the number of members being processed compared to all execution runs.
It’s basically to identify recurring campaigns that are still active but doesn’t seem to reach the audience.
Perhaps those campaign have been forgotten and can be stopped.

This report is focusing on low performance campaign. This is why you will not see all the campaigns in this report Mktg: Members Processed by Campaign.
