3309222 - Warning Message: 'Cost for Consignee Level Valuation needs to be Reviewed/Adjusted' While Executing GR/IR Clearing Run

You have created a new GR/IR Clearing Run and in the execution log, you see a warning message 'Cost for consignee level valuation needs to be reviewed/adjusted' under Messages tab.

1. Navigate to Inventory Valuation work center.
2. Go to the GR/IR Clearing view.
3. Search for the related Run ID.
4. Click on the Log Result and go to Messages tab to see message 'Cost for consignee level valuation needs to be reviewed/adjusted'

This is expected behaviour that only the materials with Valuation Level Type Business Residence gets updated by the run.

You can check the Valuation Level Type for the material in the below steps:

1. Go to the Inventory Valuation work center
2. Go to the Materials view.
3. Search for the required material.
4. Go to the Valuation tab
5. You can see the Valuation Level Type is Consignee.

As of now the GR/IR run will show warning message for the materials with Consignee where the valuations do not get considered by this run.

The materials with this kind of valuation can be seen by using Inventory Report such as Material Unit Costs where the Valuation Level Type can be filtered with the value 'Consignee'.
