3309255 - Message already in admin action or locked by message version editor

• In SAP Process Orchestration (PO) or Process Integration (PI) a background job is configured, for example the Cancel Job or Resend Job.
• The job fails with - Reason: java.lang.Exception: could not fail message xxx (OUTBOUND), as triggered by admin action. Reason: Message already in admin action or locked by message version editor. 
• You may find that the Message Monitor shows that the status is Cancelled already. 
• Other variations of the error, depending on the Background Job involved could be: java.lang.Exception: Could not redeliver message xxx (OUTBOUND), as triggered by admin action. Reason: Message already in admin action or locked by message version editor.
