Symptom
A user had authorized an S-user ID in Built-In Support, but he needed to authorize another S-user ID. By clicking the Authorize button besides the S-user ID, he was navigated to the authorization grant page. After clicking the Authorize button on that page, the page showed the authorization was still granted to the first S-user ID instead of the second one. Back to the S-user list of Built-In Support, the second S-user still showed no authorization.
