3309498 - Slowdown of BW query performance due to missing join relocation

When a BW query is executed, a remote statement is running for a long time, reading from the NLS provider. Currently running remote statements can be retrieved using the following SQL statement:

SELECT * FROM M_REMOTE_STATEMENTS WHERE REMOTE_STATEMENT_STATUS = 'EXECUTING'

By observing the FETCHED_RECORD_COUNT, it can be verified that a large number of records is retrieved from the remote source.
