Symptom

In Cloud Integration tenant, you are checking the ljs trace logs of and see the following error logs:

"#ERROR#com.sap.it.nm.core.concurrent.lock.ClusterLock##anonymous####na#na#na#na#[WARN] Error occurred while inserting lock: [Persistence][PERSISTENCE][ErrorStoringEntities]:Error occurred while inserting entities. SQL [INSERT INTO ITNM_LOCK_ENTITY (owner, attributesJson, lastModifiedTime, createdBy, lastModifiedBy, name, tenantId, lockScope, createdTime, expireAfter, id) VALUES(?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)]; Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object 'ITNM_LOCK_ENTITY' with unique index 'PK_ITNM_LOCK_ENTITY'
; nested exception is com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybSQLException: Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object 'ITNM_LOCK_ENTITY' with unique index 'PK_ITNM_LOCK_ENTITY'"
