3309591 - Contract Item are not Renewed

You have created a renewal rule for contract line item level, but new line item is not created.

Or

You want to add a renewal rule on the contract header level, but the field is read only.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Orders Work center -> Contracts view
2. Edit the Contract ABC (ABC represents the Contract ID)
3. Navigate to Items tab
4. Renewal Rule is maintained 

1. Go to Sales Orders Work center -> Contracts view
2. Edit the Contract ABC (ABC represents the Contract ID)
3. Navigate to General tab
4. A Renewal Rule cannot be maintained 

Validity of the Contract at header level is Expired.

The system creates the renewal task only if the contract status is Active. This is a standard system behaviour.
