Symptom

When testing an OData service in the Gateway Client (transaction /IWFND/GW_CLIENT), the below error occurs:

HTTP Receive failed: IcmConnInitClientSSL: Proxy connection to <URL> via <proxy> failed (proxy returned 403 Forbidden)
