3309656 - Purge Non Conforming not deleting data per Mandatory Attribute settings

• On the Attributes tab of the Planning Area, attribute category "Mandatory" is set for an attribute.
• The attribute is selected in a planning level.
• Master Data is uploaded with values for the mandatory attribute. Planning objects are updated at the planning level.
• The uploaded data of the mandatory attribute is deleted or changed, no longer matching with existing values at the planning level.
• Scheduled Purge Non-Conforming Data to delete Planning Objects and respective Time Series data.
• Job completed successfully but the deleted/modified data from the master data is not purged.
• Excel Planning View / Template still displays Key Figure values for the deleted master data.
