3309720 - Cannot Add Surcharge with Percentage at Header Level

You have performed the needed changes under the activity Configure Price Strategy and added Surcharge to show in the Total Pricing section, but the same is not working.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. Search for the ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Sales Order).
4. Click Edit.
5. Navigate to the Pricing and Invoicing tab.
6. Scroll down to Total Pricing.
7. Click Add Row.

System does not display the Surcharge with Percentage as expected.

Currently the header Price Component Surcharge available in the system are in step 71, 72, 73 and 74, but all having fixed price.

Surcharges% (Percentage) are only available on item level and on header level you can add only Surcharges fixed amount.

This is the system expected behavior.
