3310056 - Opportunities not Appearing in Trend Analytics view

In the Trend Analytics view of the Intelligent Sales add-on, no Opportunities show up. However, you are still able to view Opportunities in the Pipeline Flow view.

Trend Analytics provides a visual aid to compare the current quarter with the last four quarters. Data will need to be maintained for the last fiscal year for results to appear.

The current and previous fiscal year will need to be maintained.  To enable and define fiscal years in C4C:

• Go to the Business Configuration -> Implementation Projects view
• Select the current Project and click on Edit Project Scope
• Go to step 4 Questions.
• Expand the node Built-in Service and Support and System Management
• Choose Analytics
• In the right pane the last question will be "Enable Reporting on Fiscal Year?"
• Scope this question "Enable Reporting on Fiscal Year?"

• Go back to the Business Configuration -> Implementation Projects View
• Select the current project and navigate to Open Activity List  -> Fine Tune -> Enable Reporting on Fiscal Year
• Configure and activate the desired fiscal year variant
• This fiscal year variant should be Active
• The "Default Fiscal Year variant" needs to be selected.
