3310085 - Onboarding process not initiating correctly - Onboarding

Onboarding process is not initiating correctly and the process variant is blank on Manage data.

Error from BPE Monitor Process: Select Variant Error Task

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause 1 - The Process is not active

Cause 2 - The variant rule not matching any condition

Solution 1:

In order to solve this go to Process variant and Activate the process again.

Make sure after activate to Update Process Flow for Onboarding and Offboarding.

Solution 2:

Make sure the variant rule is being satisfied as the candidate need to have data to match conditions.
