Is not possible to extract SFAPI/OData Audit Logs in a massive or automate way.
You should enable SFAPI/OData Audit Logs and download them manually. Refer to the KBA 3141692.
Additionally, you are welcome to submit an idea to the Product Owners for the next releases by following the KBA 2090228.
