3310144 - CPQ-VC: One of the characteristic groups is missing in CPQ configurator UI

Characteristic/Tab is missing from Configurator UI. 

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ integrated with SAP Variant Configuration.

1. Create a Quote;
2. Configure a Variant Configuration Product;
3. See that there is a tab missing but it is being shown in the Payload.

To sync the tabs from the backend, one option needs to be selected in setup, otherwise tabs will not be overridden and CPQ will be the layout master.

Customer should enable on SAP Variant Configuration Setup the option "Override product layout to match backend".
