Symptom

The SAP_LMDB_DOWNLOAD_CONTENT job log shows the following error message:

"Download using SAP NW Download Service failed:
Authority check for function &DOWNLOAD& activity &23& failed
Please refer to SAP Note 2771740 for help
Authority check for function &DOWNLOAD& activity &23& failed
Tolerable exception was thrown, new try in the next rescheduled job
Rescheduled job SAP_LMDB_DOWNLOAD_CONTENT at dd.mm.yyyy for next attempt
Job finished"
