Symptom
- Goal: Automate Service & Support team redetermination for tickets.
- Plan: Use SDK to add "Redetermine keeping manual changes" or "Redetermine Completely" actions based on the case.
- Issue: Unable to select related action via SDK as it doesn't exist.
