Symptom
You are experiencing an issue when consuming Odata web services URL in SAP BI platform.
- The kind of issues can be possible in several workflows, for example:
- Scheduling to Cloud drive (HTTPS is used to upload the file in c++ )
- Crystal Reports or WebI when downloading a file from cloud drive (HTTPS is used to upload the file in c++)
- Using WebI and consuming OData (the OData query in HTTPS is also in c++ )
- A generic technical symptom with most of the workflows is that, in the logs we get a message
"Curl perform code is not OK. res : 60" - Another symptom when creating WebI based reports on OData Web Services with HTTPS Url, the error "An unexpected error occured. (IES 10535)" occurs with below details -
An error occurred during the HTTP call. (IES 10533)
HTTP error code=0
Message=HTTP client error - The issue is only seen we enable HTTPS / SSL communication on the server running BOE webapps and use the Odata sources even if odata server is SSL enabled.
- This Issue is NOT seen when we use the default HTTP URL generated (No SSL on BOE webapp servers) and run new query (Web Intelligence OData Web Services) even if odata server is SSL enabled.
